Not too sweet, this is the perfect pre-dinner drink

With its Italian inspired base ingredients of basil and balsamic vinegar, you can even continue preparing dinner at the same time as making this.

Ingredients

• 50ml OTG
• 8 Basil Leaves
• 15ml Gomme
• 10ml Balsamic Vinegar
• 15ml Crème De Mure
• Topped with Ginger Beer

Method

1. Build all ingredients apart from ginger beer in highball glass over ice and stir (churn), top with ginger beet.
