Twixmas, that weird time between Christmas and New Year.

Have a delicious ready-to-go cocktail in the fridge, that can be impressively finished off in front of those unexpected family and friends that will wow even the grumpiest Grinch.    

INGREDIENTS

• 175ml OTG Initial Gin
• 250ml Whole Milk
• 200ml Double Cream
• 3 Medium Eggs
• 75g Caster Sugar
• Nutmeg to Taste
• 300ml Choc Chilli Vodka
• 150ml Amaretto
• Cinnamon Stick to garnish

METHOD

1. Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl.
2. Stir in the milk, double cream and OTG Initial Gin.
3. Add nutmeg to taste.
4. Store in the fridge until needed.
5. Add the Choc Chilli Vodka and Amaretto to the Eggnog and shake serves over ice in a cocktail shaker
6. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
