The origin of gin; genever, was invented by the Dutch. In homage of the origins of this great creation, try our delicious tulip cocktail!

INGREDIENTS

• 5 mint leaves
• 30ml LDN Initial Gin
• 15ml apricot liqueur
• 15ml lemon juice
• Tulip petals, to garnish

METHOD

1. Muddle your mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, gin, apricot liqueur and lemon juice. Shake well. Strain into a coupe or tulip glass and garnish.
2. Celebrate cocktails, celebrate tulips, heck, celebrate anything with this in your hand!
