Mixology Group know one or two things about how to create a delicious cocktail, fit for a king. So paying homage to King Charles on this momentous occasion they’ve given his favourite tipple a make-over using our signature LDN Initial Gin. 

INGREDIENTS

• 2 or 3 fresh, ripe strawberries (plus one extra for garnish)

• 30ml LDN Initial Gin

• 30ml Sweet Vermouth

• 30ml Dry Vermouth

• 15mlmaraschino liqueur (optional)

METHOD

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously with ice.

3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

4. Garnish with a strawberry.

Throw up the bunting and get ready for a right royal knees up!
