S'more Gin please!

The popular US campfire treat of s’mores meets the Georgie & Henners martini glass and a star is born!

So snuggle down and embrace winter with this delicious take on a drinkable s’more - smooth, creamy and rich in chocolate flavours. The G&H Spirits OTG Initial Gin, with its hint of cinnamon and woody top notes, all sweetened with a touch of honey makes the perfect gin for this cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

  • 20ml chocolate syrup
  • 3 digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 50ml Initial OTG gin
  • 60ml chocolate liqueur
  • A few shakes of Angostura chocolate bitters
  • 3 toasted marshmallows, to garnish

METHOD

  1. For extra pizzazz, rim your martini glass. To do this, dip the edge of the glass in a saucer of syrup.
  2. Repeat this with the crushed biscuits.
  3. Add ice, gin, a few shakes of the chocolate bitters and the chocolate liqueur to a cocktail shaker.
  4. Shake for 30 seconds.
  5. Strain into the rimmed martini glass, garnish with the toasted marshmallows and serve.
  6. Ta-da - bring the firepit experience indoors! S’more gin please!
