Inspired by Alice in Wonderland, Andy Clarke took a trip down the rabbit hole(!) last weekend for ITV's Love Your Weekend and created this delicious Shrinking Alice cocktail using our Lemon Gino.  

INGREDIENTS

• 25ml Lemon Gino
• 25ml Extra Dry Vermouth (Still Wild Drinks)
• 75ml Still Rhubarb Cider (Bristol Cider Company)
• Lemon peel to garnish

METHOD

1. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice 
2. Shake well and strain into a martini glass
3. Garnish with lemon peel
