Halloween is not just for kids! A kick of warm spice, the smoothness of the Irish cream, and warming with the gin, and super simple to make…. what’s not to love!

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml OTG Initial Gin
• 50ml Irish cream liqueur
• 20ml Pumpkin spice syrup
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

METHOD

1. Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with ice then add your gin, Irish cream liqueur and pumpkin spice liqueur.
2. Shake well (or, if using a mixing glass, stir using a long-handled metal spoon) for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a martini glass or coupe.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and serve!
