Mixology Group and G&H Spirits both love a Eurovision party and have created this delicious cocktail, especially for the occasion.

So, no need for for time to ‘make(ing) your mind up’ because this is cocktail you’ll want to ‘save all your kisses for (me)’. You might as well finally meet your ‘Waterloo’ and admit you’re ‘fly(ing) on the wings of love’ for this delicious drink.

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Choc Chilli

• A scoop of vanilla ice cream

• 100ml strawberry milkshake

• Sweets (or Eurovision topper) to garnish

METHOD

1. Put a scoop of ice cream into a chilled coupe glass (or similar).
2. Add the Choc Chilli and milkshake into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice.
3. Strain into the glass over the ice cream.

4. Garnish with something suitably 'Europop'.
