The G&H French 75;  a perfect alternative to a Bucks fizz to serve on Christmas morning, Boxing Day or even New Years' Day.

INGREDIENTS

• 25ml/50ml Lemon Gino
• Sparkling English Wine 
• Lemon peel to garnish

METHOD

1. Pour 25ml or 50ml of Lemon Gino into a champagne flute (we like a really lemony, boozy serve so prefer 50ml)
2. Top up with the fizz, being careful not to over-pour!
3. Garnish with lemon peel
4. Realise how incredibly easy this is to make and drink after trying it out for Christmas
