Delicious, creamy gin cocktail perfect for Easter. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

• 40ml LDN Initial Gin
• 25ml Amaretto
• 25ml Double Cream
• 1/2 tsp Lemon Curd
• 1/8 tsp Vanilla Paste
• Handful of ice
• Chocolate bar, to garnish

METHOD

1. Put the gin, amaretto, double cream, lemon curd and vanilla paste into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.
2. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with chocolate before serving.
